Our young grappa is born from fresh grape pomace, obtained through a gentle pressing that enriches them with alcohol and the intense aromas of the wine. It’s an artisanal process that begins personally with the Master Distiller and his discontinuous steam system.

Each batch is carefully handled with respect for the raw material, manually cutting the head and tail to ensure the highest quality. Excellence is our sole objective.
