The vineyard and its fruits
Our vineyards interweave grapevines and olive trees in a unique landscape. Registered in the DOC Bolgheri vineyards registry, we uphold a winemaking tradition rooted in history. Varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah thrive thanks to our unique microclimate.
The olive grove and its fruits
Our olive grove celebrates the age-old tradition of Bolgheri olive oil. It stretches along the southeast/northwest axis, enjoying the sun and a privileged microclimate.
Split into two parts, the first hosts centuries-old olive trees, bearing witness to times preceding 1900. About 30 years ago, the olive grove was replanted with 300 selected olive trees, including Frantoio, Pendolino, and Gremignolo of Bolgheri.
