Bookings & stay
Can I book online?
Yes. You can book directly through our website by clicking the “Book Now” button, ensuring a simple, secure reservation at the best available rate.
Alternatively, you can send us an email at booking@terredeighelfi.it with your preferred travel dates or complete the contact form available on our website.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.
Early Booking Rate: requires full prepayment of the entire stay and grants access to our best available rate. This rate is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification.
Flexible Rate: allows free cancellation up to the deadline specified during the booking process. After this date, the cancellation conditions associated with the selected rate will apply.
We always recommend checking the terms and conditions displayed during the booking process or contacting us directly should you require further clarification.
Is breakfast included?
Do you offer half board or have an on-site restaurant?
No. The resort does not have an on-site restaurant and does not offer half-board accommodation.
However, we will be delighted to recommend the finest restaurants in the area and arrange reservations through our concierge service.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Is daily housekeeping included?
No. Final cleaning is included in your stay, while additional housekeeping services during your stay are available upon request for an extra charge.

Are towels provided?
Yes. Each apartment includes bathroom towels as well as dedicated pool towels.
Do the apartments have private outdoor spaces?

Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary covered parking is available within the property and includes an electric vehicle charging station.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes. The swimming pool is heated and open all year round. Each apartment includes a reserved area with one parasol and two sun loungers.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire resort.
Is there a water and ice dispenser?
Yes. Guests have complimentary access to a dispenser providing still water, sparkling water and ice throughout their stay.
Do you provide e-bikes?
Yes. Guests may use our e-bikes free of charge, subject to reservation and availability, to explore Bolgheri and the Etruscan Coast in a sustainable and relaxing way.
Do you offer a concierge service?
Yes. Our concierge service is available before and during your stay to assist with wine tastings, restaurant reservations, private transfers, massages, yoga classes and tailor-made experiences throughout the local area.
