The apartments
Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, the apartments at Terre dei Ghelfi offer a discreet and refined retreat, where every space is designed to provide an intimate and relaxing stay, with spacious, bright interiors carefully curated down to the last detail.
The apartments combine elegance and functionality, with welcoming spaces designed for comfort and independence. Each unit features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and versatile areas for relaxation. Outside, the terrace with jacuzzi or private patios overlook the blooming garden and the lush landscape of the estate’s olive groves and vineyards.

Terre dei Ghelfi is not only a place of refined hospitality, but also a farm rooted in the heart of Tuscany. Among lush vineyards and centuries-old olive trees, we passionately cultivate Bolgheri DOC wines and organic Tuscan PGI extra virgin olive oil — an authentic expression of a unique land and the result of careful, sustainable work deeply connected to nature and the territory.
The vineyards

Our vineyards stretch across a unique landscape, where winemaking meets the history and excellence of the region. Registered in the official Bolgheri DOC vineyard registry, we proudly preserve a winemaking tradition deeply rooted in time. Our grape varieties — Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, and Vermentino — thrive thanks to an extraordinary microclimate that gives each harvest character, elegance, and quality.
The olive grove and its fruits
Our olive grove celebrates the ancient tradition of Bolgheri olive oil. The Mediterranean microclimate and sea breeze come together to create the ideal conditions for olive cultivation.
Among centuries-old trees and young plantings, we passionately grow the region’s typical varieties, including Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, and Razzo, following organic and sustainable practices that respect the natural balance of the soil and ecosystem. From this grove comes our Organic Tuscan PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil: an authentic product that tells the story of the land and our commitment to uncompromising quality.
