The estate is home to six elegant, independent apartments, together with a heated outdoor pool, a wellness area featuring a sauna and steam bath, and a Technogym-equipped fitness room, offering an experience of complete privacy and relaxation. Designed for couples, the resort welcomes guests aged 12 and over in an authentic and refined atmosphere.

Our vineyards stretch across a unique landscape, where viticulture meets history and the excellence of the land. Registered in the Bolgheri DOC vineyard register, we proudly preserve a winemaking tradition deeply rooted in time. Our grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah and Vermentino, thrive thanks to an extraordinary microclimate that gives every harvest character, elegance and quality.
The olive grove

Our olive grove preserves and celebrates the centuries-old tradition of olive oil production in Tuscany. Here, the Mediterranean microclimate and the sea breeze come together to create the ideal conditions for cultivating olive trees.
Among centuries-old trees and new plantations, we passionately grow the region’s finest olive cultivars, including Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Razzo, following organic and sustainable farming practices that respect the natural balance of the soil and ecosystem.
From these olive groves comes our Tuscan IGP organic extra virgin olive oil: an authentic product that captures the essence of the land and reflects our commitment to uncompromising quality.

Is breakfast included?
No. Terre dei Ghelfi is a boutique country resort offering self-catering accommodation: all apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to enjoy their stay in complete freedom and independence.
Do you offer half-board or do you have a restaurant?
No, the resort does not have its own restaurant and does not offer half-board. However, we would be happy to recommend the best restaurants in the area and make reservations for you through our concierge service.
Is there a car park?
Yes. There is free covered parking available on the premises, which also features a charging point for electric cars.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes. The swimming pool is heated and open all year round, and each apartment has its own designated area with a parasol and two sun loungers.
How far is it to the sea?
The beaches at Marina di Castagneto Carducci are about 5 km away and can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3 pm to 7 pm, whilst check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. If you have any special requirements, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
